Why have you been mailed or handed this computer disk?

Posting this as the home page on the World Wide Web http://www.canuck.com/~akwu/ab 'How To Pay For It" just does not work.

With tens of thousands of people who have lost almost everything in earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, - with constant news stories about medical care plans having to be cut back or no medical insurance, - not enough taxes collected to pay for schools, - problems solved but consumers do not have money to pay for the solutions, - bankruptcy due to excessive use of credit card credit, - inability to find employment by students graduating from schools, - welfare cut backs due to lack of money raised from taxation,- constant complaints by and about legislators not being able to raise enough money by taxation or that taxes are too high, - layoffs, job loss due to manufacturing shifted to lower pay foreign countries, - a way to solve these "HOW TO PAY FOR IT" problems appears to be of interest to virtually no one,

IN THREE YEARS OF POSTING ON THE WWW THERE HAS NOT BEEN A SINGLE REPLY COMMENTING ON THIS SOLUTION TO ANY OF THE PROBLEMS JUST LISTED.

There have been about ten replies saying the explanation is too difficult to read but no comment on the IDEAS described.

With posting as a home page on the WWW in three years obtaining no replies or comments about the IDEAS described and not a single speaking invitation, (instead of comments only about poor writing style), this different approach is being used of handing personally or mailing this "How To Pay For It" suggestion as a computer disk to individuals with computers, schools, colleges, interview programs, legislators, people directly involved in the "How To Pay For It" problems.

it is hard to believe that there is not a single person interested at this time in solving the problems www.canuck.com/~akwu/ab deals with, but such seems to be the reality of this time.

Thus this computer disk has been given to you in the hope that a copy of it might survive to a time when solving debt and tax "How To Pay For It" problems is of interest and is allowed to be discussed on news, talk, and interview programs, and allowed to be mentioned and discussed in books and journals.

Maybe several hundred copies of this computer disk spread upon the winds as it were, might lead eventually to underground word of mouth talking about what it describes on college campuses, comparing notes and secret tests, that eventually might surface into publicly known actions and permitted discussion by regular media; then finally being allowed to be discussed on radio and TV interview and news programs; publishers allowing some of this or commentaries about it to be printed in regular books and periodicals, and becoming permitted study and testing by schools and colleges. Or maybe eventually it might be found in some archive of curious information from the end of the 20th century and some group might test what is described to see if it works.

I succeeded in the task of creating and describing the details and several practical applications of the cosmology this disk describes, but in 74 years I failed almost totally in describing this in an interesting enough manner to interest any publishers, journals, groups that invite speakers, interview programs, or more than 2 or 3 personal friends.

At age 75 and a stroke in April of 1996 leaving a body that is barely functional, the writer of the information on this disk will probably complete dying shortly. (see web page Contents items 33 and 35 "Background" and "Epilog").

Anticipating that shortly due to death the phone number and web page account for menu selection A on this disk will no longer be on the www, the web page http://www.canuck.com/~akwu/ab is the principal selection on this computer disk. Thus some copies of this computer disk may enable what this disk describes to survive after its writer no longer has the use of a human body, and due to death his www page is no longer on the www.

With no children, a disinterested family, and no group so far interested in any of this, upon dying the 50 years of work on this matter will probably be collected in a dumpster and disposed of in a landfill. The computers and computer disks used in this project will probably be lost by being disposed of in a public sale of assets of a deceased. A copy of this computer disk somewhere may be all that will survive of this important life work that shows solutions to the problems most complained about by people and governments at this time and so far in human actions.
