This book is printed on 8-1/2" x 11" paper with plastic comb binding for easy removal and copying of pages you might want to show or mail to someone with a comment such as "What do you think of this?, or "This is incredible, you might be interested", or "Finally something useful and testable from out of body and return from death experiences. The precise steps described to solve the problems others have seen in visions. What do you think?".

"Speaking with clouds" refers to strange references in prophecies for over 3500 years to something invisible that cannot be seen with human eyes, but somehow seems to be in the air like clouds, and in some way is involved with solving human problems, or showing how to accomplish the creative promises and predictions of idealism ranging from atheism, to skepticism, to the many ways of human religious believing.

How something or someone "coming with clouds", "seen in the clouds", or "speaking with clouds" could happen remained mysterious or apparently was a prediction or vision metaphor until the discoveries that led to radio and television. Suddenly something "in the air", "coming with clouds" (for want of a better way to describe whatever it is for 3400 years or so before radio and TV), provided a way that everyone on the Earth could be spoken to at the same time "with clouds", but even more could "be seen with every eye speaking with clouds", if the speaking with clouds is being done with television.

Accompanying the many references to variations on "speaking with clouds" for the last 3500 years have been bits and pieces of hints of what would be shown, or what the results would be of the speaking with clouds. They are statements such as "the city had no need of the sun", - now it can be realized that the same "mystery" (electricity) that enables radio and TV to work, is also what in the "speaking with clouds" time would also enable electric lights to cause a "city to have no need of the sun".

Other hints about the "speaking with clouds" time mention a "book of life" in which each person's works are written, and in some way from the "opening of the book of life" will come an improved way of living, an implication of human problems solved, and a promise of "reward for goodness by living by the laws" of whatever idealistic system of which you are a participant; atheism, skepticism, scientific investigation, "nature", "God", or the religious system with which you agree or are a member.

The time of the "opening of "the book of life" in some predictions even sounds like it might result in the "Heaven", "Paradise" "Nirvana" "Karmic reward", or "eternal life in Paradise" promised in many ways of believing. The "book of life" idea is called "Karma" in Eastern religions.

This book "Speaking With Clouds" contains a collection of summaries of longer writings written over a 50 year period from the early 1940's to the 1990's (A. D.). Most of the summaries are designed to be complete statements on either one or two sheets of paper printed both sides, to hand out or mail to individuals, as an experiment with a different writing style to contend with information overload where almost no one has the time or inclination any more to read a whole book from cover to observe a careful development of ideas and suggestions.

The reason for the compressing of books into one or two page summaries (and thus some repetition occurs), is that for over 50 years what the summaries in this book describe have not been allowed to be mentioned in books published by regular media (regular book publishers, magazines, newspapers, interview programs on radio or TV, or with organizations that book speakers or invite speakers).

If one is not allowed to speak indoors, then one can try to speak outdoors. But in the country on the Earth that speaks broadly of "freedom" and "free speech", one finds that freedom also means the freedom to censor and not allow to be heard what is considered to be unapproved ideas.

The way such censorship is interpreted as "freedom of speech" is that if one attempts to speak outdoors, one is told by arresting police that one can "speak freely" only in a "designated area" (usually a square or park on a skid-row frequented mostly by drunks and drug users, thus insuring that what might be said will be kept from the hearing of almost everyone), and that to "speak freely" any place else one must be "invited to speak" by some private group at their private location.

Not being allowed to be mentioned in regular media or to be published as a regular book that is distributed by a regular publisher to book stores thus insures that such "invitations by private groups" are virtually impossible to obtain.

Thus the handing out of one or two page summaries to people going to or coming out of meetings, classes or lectures by speakers who limit their statements to approved ideas (and thus are allowed to be mentioned or published by regular media) is used as a last resort in the faint hope that maybe eventually some people will be found who will think what the summaries describe is interesting and will allow invited speaking, interview invitations, and testing what they describe.

For unapproved ideas with "free speech", one can "speak freely" so long as one does not use one's voice, and restricts one's "speaking" to words printed on a piece of paper that can be easily thrown away.

Possibly a way to defeat censorship: - It can be observed that some of the summaries in this book have "Internet" in their title, indicating that they are a reprint of articles posted to various "newsgroups" in the world wide system of interlinked computers, information data bases, ideas, and individuals located throughout the Earth in places other than a "designated speaking area for free speech frequented by drunks and drug users" (at a computer instead of skid-row).

It appears, temporarily, that "Internet" has managed to provide a way to outwit the censors who decide what ideas will not be allowed to be mentioned by regular media, and what are allowed ideas for speaking and interviews.

One does not have "to be invited" to speak on Internet. One can simply "post to a newsgroup" or www home page what one wishes to say, and see if anyone responds with a reply consisting of either a posted comment to the newsgroup where an article is posted, or by "e-mail" which is a reply sent by a telephone connected to one's computer by a telephone modem, and that can be displayed on a computer screen at one's home, place of employment, or school one is attending.

Thus "speaking with clouds" has also come to mean using the follow on discoveries from telephones, radio, and television which are personal computers, Earth orbiting communication satellites, cellular wireless telephones, pocket size personal information managers (PIM's) with wireless modems and e-mail receiving and transmission capability, all connected together all over the Earth with telephone wires or wireless by Internet.

That "Internet" as of the year 1994 is a new "speaking with clouds" discovery that has as its central communication medium the complexity of computers, computer networks, the use of computer programs, and typing on a computer key board (instead of speaking with one's voice, speaking with one's fingers by typing at a computer keyboard), means that using Internet to "speak with clouds" leaves out the still large and predominant numbers of old fashioned style human beings (homo sapiens sapiens) that think of "communication" as saying something with one's voice to someone, and hearing with one's ears what is a reply, or reading something on a printed page in a book, newspaper, magazine, or hand out pamphlet, instead of by whatever mysterious and impossible to understand human senses extending process causes "reading words on a computer screen" with an "Information Highway", or "Internet".

For such older, old fashioned humans, "Internet" and human senses extending devices such as a computer to use the "Information Highway" are simply part of the additional confusion and information overload that human living has come to be as the year 2000 is approaching (the end of the world of things simple enough to understand and not requiring a "computer"?), - and which is contended with by the older kind of homo sapiens sapiens human by putting an automatic phone answering machine on one's telephone to keep from being bothered day and night by telephone calls from advertisers and all kinds and other people you do not want to talk to who interrupt whatever you are doing that is not "speaking with clouds", (staring at a TV or computer screen).

Older viewpoint: There are other things you can do in life than spend all of your time "speaking with clouds" (using a computer, staring at a computer screen or TV set, hunting through piles of books maybe having in them somewhere how to get some kind of computer program, access to Internet, a Local Area Network, Cellular wireless telephone modem, or an Information Highway to work).

So its back to square one. Hand out one or two page summaries to people passing by. "Internet is too complicated to try to use. Don't have time any more to read a whole book or even finish a newspaper or magazine article. Can't be bothered with hunting through aisle after aisle of books in book stores. Never go to a library."

How do you contend with such a condition of "the world coming to an end again as predicted" (and replaced by a "new Heaven and new Earth") with only approved people allowed to be talked about and be interviewed on radio and TV programs, and allowed to be mentioned in books published by regular book publishers, ---

--- if you think you have something important to say that ought to be allowed to be heard, such as how to cut through the morass, information overload, and confusion everywhere from national politicians and government bureaucracy, to the problems of one's personal life, ---

--- and cause life to be simple enough to understand again, and put into operation the predicted, promised, or implied solutions to human problems of the system of idealism with which you agree (from atheism to religion), but what you have to say is "not approved", not allowed to be heard, censored? Problem SOLUTIONS are not allowed. Only complaining and blaming.

This book shows how to defeat the censorship of those who determine what you will be not be allowed to hear.

It shows how to simplify "speaking with clouds" to a simple essence that is as quick and simple as the time in the past when you could say a few words to someone in person, and hear a few words spoken back as an understandable reply to whatever you said in words with your voice, example: "I want to buy that. How much is it? 2500. Here it is. Thank you for patronizing my business." -- with the complications and impossible to solve problems of present human business systems, taxes, systems of deadlocked out of ideas government dictatorship, and "how do you get the money to pay for it" solved.

Each summary in this collection whether it is labeled as such or not, is speaking about or demonstrating the time of 18 "Homo net", the next step in human evolution (or creation and divine planning by "God", which ever way of saying it you prefer), after the life form homo sapiens sapiens. Home net, a form of human life on the earth "networked - with clouds" (or any other way of saying the same thing you prefer), to all of the rest of the group that can be called 6 " Team humans on the Earth"; "homo net" the next step in human evolution, or creation by "God", after homo sapiens sapiens.

"I haven't got time to read a lot of pages in a book, or listen to or see on a computer screen a long description, or try to figure out how to get a computer to do something. Can't you cut down whatever it is you have to say to one page, or at the most 2 pages, that I can glance through at a coffee break, or riding home on a bus or commuter train, and easily get rid of in a trash can when I get through glancing through it?" (better: give the summary to someone else after reading it).

Yes. This book.

Anyone reading any of the summaries in this collection is invited to remove one or two pages you think are interesting, important, or incredible, go to a copy machine where you work, have at home, or a copy service, make some copies and hand then to people you know who you think might or should be interested in what the copied pages suggest, (students, women, tax payers, politicians, religious believers, scientists, atheists, The Nobel Peace Prize Committee). With what these summaries describe being barred or censored by regular media (with the exception of Internet), making copies of one or two of the pages in this book and handing them to someone seems to be way of last resort.

It might be noted, however, that these self published pages were produced by the speaking with clouds method of using "clouds" collected first by a hydrocarbon based data processor (human being), then transferred to a silicon based data processor (Personal Computer), and by that speaking with clouds method, causing a computer laser printer to print the words on the following pages that "appeared with clouds" on a computer screen, then copying the laser printed pages with a copying machine, -- which are actions of the time of "homo net", the predicted time of "speaking with clouds".

If you try to send e-mail akwu@canuck.com and get no response (the consciousness manifestation vehicle that wrote these words may have died (age 70's as this is being written) or otherwise be out of the communication loop (arrested), by the time you reply.
