The most important news event of the 20th century and perhaps for all the time there has been human civilization, is INTERNET providing the way to solve the problem of how to pay for programs received by computer that can be extended to all kinds of receiving out of life anywhere.
It can then be discovered the INTERNET SOLUTION can set off a chain reaction that can solve most of the problems of current human civilization. See problems solved above.
The INTERNET SOLUTION is looking at downloading computer programs from Internet or computers at private or business locations in terms of the POSITIVE potential of almost instantaneous ability to update a data base of Internet activity to REWARD individuals or groups AUTOMATICALLY who produce items or services people receive, instead of the NEGATIVE potential of trying to detect stealing computer programs.
The POSITIVE approach is to cause each download that is recorded automatically TO ADD TO the "TOTAL VALUE PUT INTO LIFE" record of the person or group that owns the program, the amount that would be received as profit if the computer program had been "purchased by equalism trading", that is to say the older current way of doing business of trying to take away from a customer (or computer program downloader), an amount of value equal to what is received.
The issue with record keeping changing over from data on pieces of paper that includes money to trade (that can be kept physically secret from individuals or government snooping) to information transmitted and recorded electronically by wire or wireless (that can be broken into, snooped, or stolen in a multitude of ways), is not whether such snooping, violation of privacy, or stealing can be evaded or defeated. It cannot. It is inevitable by the nature of electronic communication.
The issue is to turn the inevitability of electronic snooping into something that opens a new era of human progress, (solves problems that are unsolvable with paperwork records keeping and equalism trading), instead of lamenting what has been lost or trying to defeat what has been gained by world wide almost instantaneous electronic communication.
Turn what by old ideas appears to be a negative into a positive by going on to new ideas. See problems solved above.
A new idea is electronic data processing used to earn an AUTOMATIC PROFIT BY THE ACT OF DISTRIBUTION any time an item or service is received (consumed, bought) by a customer, instead of "profit earned" by trying to take an "equal value" away from customers to complete a business transaction.
The idea "copying a computer program without paying for it" thus becomes meaningless.
The act of receiving something by a customer automatically earns its provider purchasing ability "BY THE ACT OF DISTRIBUTION". 31 New economic theory: Anything is already paid for by the work and materials assembled to make it available for distribution. No need to pay for everything a second time. Instead, who has earned PRIOR CHOICE to receive? Basis: total value put into life (paid in) by each person ("Prior Choice Economics").
Such a way of doing business was not possible until world wide electronic data processing and data base accessing became a reality with the combination of telephone wires or wireless telephone link satellites giving any person or location anywhere on the Earth access in a few seconds to any data base anywhere, and the accomplished fact of INTERNET that provides the means any place on the earth to access any data base anywhere in seconds (such as the data base of who owns something sold to a customer, and the data base of who received an item or service).
Humans reaching the point of being able to link (network) in seconds to anyone or any data base anywhere on the Earth by "speaking with clouds", constitutes the next step in the evolution of the genus "homo" from "homo sapiens" (unaided human senses) to "HOMO NET" (homo senses networked electronically to everyone else and all data anywhere on the Earth to produce a condition of TEAM HUMANS ON THE EARTH).
The way purchasing for personal use (reward for putting into life) is accomplished with "TOTAL VALUE PUT INTO LIFE BUYING" and "PAY BY THE ACT OF DISTRIBUTION", where an "equal value" is no longer taken away from a customer who receives (buys) something, is by using the much simpler and easier to understand idea (than how can you take enough value for exchanging equally away from people, employers, customers, credit agencies, taxation, debt personal or national, mortgages, or stealing in a multitude of ways), of:
-- a person who has put more total value into life than someone else gets to receive a reasonable amount of what has become available before someone who has put a smaller total value into life.
To accomplish "earned status position" distribution of goods and services, instead of "taking an equal value away from customers" distribution of goods and services, a new kind of total value put into life price is placed on items or services for sale.
The new kind of price is determined by whoever is selling something starting out by placing a high price on something that is the highest amount customers are showing as their "total value put into life" and using the simple idea: a customer can have a reasonable amount for the asking of anything with the new kind of price on it the same as or lower than the total value one has put into life. Seller determines "reasonable amount".
If no customers want an item or service with a high total value put into life price, a seller lowers its price until the price level is found by experiment where what is being sold is being received by people with total value put into life recognitions the same as or higher than the price of an item or service. "Price" ceases to have any relation to "profit earned".
Remember that "making a profit" from a sale (distribution to a customer) is no longer accomplished by taking value away from a customer.
"Profit", "pay", "reward for selling or helping others" is by the act of distribution as an electronic data base bookkeeping entry, and no longer by "trading equals".
When selling items for RESALE, that is to say items or services that are used for manufacturing or distribution instead of personal reward out of life for a customer receiving such items, the idea is NOT USED that a customer who has put a larger total value into life can choose to receive before customers who have put a smaller total value into life.
For resale selling a resale seller decides by personal opinion (individual initiative), knowledge of who are customers for what is being sold, and the nature of one's market area how much of each customer's order will be filled to accomplish an end result of a uniform personal consumer price for the same item or service throughout a resale seller's market area. Both small and large are able to receive for new ideas or resale. Unfairness or waste complaints are settled by courts, judges, juries.
Thus proportionally more of a resale item is sold to customers where personal use prices for what the items sold are used for are high, and proportionally smaller amounts of resale orders are filled where personal use prices for what is sold are low.
This is "proportional participation" distribution instead of "whoever can out spend someone else with equalism trading" distribution, with "pay by the act of distribution" instead of trying to take value away from customers in order "to be paid for selling something". Transition procedure: let those who have keep, and produce more for those who do not have. Ex post facto non inheritable same buying level in new system for debt holders.
Trace through all of the kinds of business transactions in human civilization using the "world wide networking" (homo net) of everyone to everyone else in a few seconds by the now accomplished fact of INTERNET, and wired or wireless telephone connections to large or small computers all over the Earth (including vest pocket and wrist watch computers), and you can see that a chain reaction can be set off that can result in solving a major portion of all current human problems, including the promises, predictions, threats, or implications of whatever idealistic system in which individuals or groups anywhere believe, by "speaking with clouds".
Don't these problems solved make you want to tell anyone you meet about this? - and start testing it as soon as possible?
How do you get this new way to buy and sell started that solves a major portion of current human problems? Word of mouth.
Say to everyone you meet electronically (homo.net) or in person (homo.sapiens) when a problem is mentioned, that problem can be solved by TOTAL VALUE PUT INTO LIFE BUYING, and PAY BY THE ACT OF DISTRIBUTION.
Start discussing this in as many INTERNET NEWSGROUPS as possible.
Call up, write, or flood with postcards local news broadcasts on radio and television, and also local newspapers and magazines asking for comment on and news coverage of the new business procedure "total value put into life buying", "pay by the act of distribution".
Ask for a speaker at colleges. Mail them this page.
Down load a copy of what you are reading here from Internet or at your local computer lab or computer store, and print copies of it to hand out to everyone.
